So thinking ahead here, after this wrestling season (mid-February siggh) I would like to put on like 30 lbs and get to 205 pounds.
The problem---> I am 6 foot 2 and have a fast metabolism.
Eating lifting, how should i go about this?

Re: Bulking Up
Eat big, Lift big, Steroids.... more effective simple answer lol.
Rom,
Come up with an actual plan and something we can critique. Do some research while staying outta the muscle/fitness magazines (marketing and advertising horse shit directs everything in them) as well as bodybuilding.com (to many highschool kid trolls).
Few websites for yuh to checkout.

Re: Bulking Up
It's pretty much impossible to put on 30 lbs of muscle without steroids. You can change your body by working out, or even put on some extra weight (good or bad) easily...but true hard core muscle gains like that....JUICE
