In general, you want your house to be clean. Doesn't have to be spotless, but looking not messy. The bathrooms MUST be clean; I usually scrub the toilet, sink, and shower, then mop the floor before bringing a girl over.For instance is it more about how things look or having certain items handy?

Not only do they block out the light when I have to sleep during the day, but they keep your home cool and help you save on cooling/AC costs.
Shouldn't take you that long or cost that much to at least put up a cover plate to cover the holes, even if you don't wire these jacks up.I have a few holes in the wall from where I ran cables and never finished the installing the wall jacks/plates. Stuff like that I consider tacky, but it doesn't bother me.
At the very least, use some furniture in front of it to block it.

Agreeing with Stone about moving the exercise equipment into the spare room.In the living room I have an L shaped couch (leather) with an ottoman. It takes up most of the living room. I also have a red recliner that I usually sit in. I have some exercise equipment also in there, but could move that into the extra bedroom out of the way if needed. So there isn't any room for naked twister or anything like that right now. The living room is wood flooring with a big screen LCD and kick ass surround sound system.
For the recliner, I'd put some clean clothes or books on there whenever a girl comes over to discourage her from sitting there. You want her to sit on the couch...and you of course sit right next to her to escalate
Is there room to dance in the living room? Wooden floor + kickass surround sound system = perfect opportunity to teach a girl how dance = perfect opportunity to DHV and escalate
As for Naked Twister, the mat should be big enough to fit on a queen size bed
Agreeing with Maestro, if you're planning to bring a girl over (like on a D2), put the clothes away, the 5 minutes it takes to do it will help make the night of seduction much easierIn my bedroom I have a dresser with a big ass cool looking mirror on top. I have a queen size bed and I have another couch (smaller black leather one) with clothes neatly folded on it. I'm always about efficiency so I don't use the dresser drawers.

I disagree with Stone. Keep the condoms & oils out on the nightstand. It shows you're sexually active and know what you're doing in the bedroom. It's a subtle Statement of Intent and DHV.I have a night stand where I keep my sextrology book (I need to find one that DHV's me better) and condoms, oils, etc.
On my nightstand, I now keep the World's Best Condom Tin (from Condom Depot) on the nightstand with a bottle of lube and a bottle of massage oil next to it. I know that girls have noticed it, but I've only had one ask why I keep it out. I owned the situation and told her, "Hey, we're adults, we do pleasurable adult things like have sex, what's the shame in that?" The girl accepted my frame and didn't ask any more questions about it.
