So here's some of the McGuffins at my place, and what I say to seed it
One of the things I use is an open bar. When I'm out with a girl, I tell her, "Hey, let's save some money buying expensive drinks here, why don't we go back to my place, I've got a pretty decent WET bar, so we can get liquored up without spending much. Oh, and you gotta try my signature drink, all of my friends LOVE it, if you're good enough, I'll make it for you"
One of the first things girls see when they walk into my pad is the extensive liquor collection:

The empty 939 bottle is a subtle DHV--939 is a high-end gentlemen's club. So even without asking, the girls know subconciously that I am comfortable with gorgeous, naked women
If you plan on stocking a bar, you don't have to go crazy expensive: as long as you each of the major spirits (rum, tequila, whiskey, gin, brandy, and vodka), a bottle of red wine (get a Cabernet, most people drink that, and come up with a cool DHV story why you like it), a bottle of white wine (get a Chardonnay), and a bubbly in the fridge (get a Moscato d'Asti, it's sweeter than champagne and when mixed with orange juice, can be used as your "signature mimosa recipe"

), and a wide variety of mixers (sour mix, margarita mix, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, coke, sprite, triple sec), you can make most drinks. Have a six pack of traditional beer in the fridge, or better yet, a six pack of your favorite beer that you can DHV about (I use Guinness because I like it and can tell a DHV story about getting lost in Portland and ending up in an Irish pub with a girl I was with at the time, as well as a four-pack of a coconut porter because of another DHV story about falling in love with the beer on a trip to Maui). Then add a PROFESSIONAL bar shaker, shaker glass, and strainer (don't get those shitty martini shakers, you gotta look the part if you wanna be awesome).

Note the professional shaker, shaker glass, strainer, can/bottle opener, and bar mat. The blender is for pina coladas, daquiries, and frozen margaritas. AND the air popper makes fresh popcorn without the microwave taste
And of course, you need glassware

On the top shelf, I have 4 martini glasses for martinis or cosmopolitans. The two 16-oz glasses are my shaker glasses. The hurricane glass is for frozen blended drinks. On the lower shelf next to the bowls are 4 rocks/lowball glasses, a wine glass behind them, 4 shot glasses, and 3 16-oz pint glasses.
I got the glassware cheap at Walmart and buy my liquor at Costco to get the most value.
If I didn't use it in the club, I can transition into my
Drinks DHV Cold Read Routine as I ask the girl what drink she wants me to make
And my signature drink(s)?
- Lychee martini: One part vodka OR Korean soju, one part SoHo lychee liquor, shaken with ice, then strained into a martini glass and garnished with a lychee. Comes with a DHV story about learning the recipe from a bartender friend who made me swear NEVER to reveal it because it causes girls' panties to get wet and guys to lose their minds
And also a DHV routine about the traditional & proper ways to serve soju
- Cumsmopolitan: 2 parts vodka, 1 part triple sec, and instead of cranberry juice, use 1 part GUAVA juice. Shake with ice, strain into a martini glass. Comes with a DHV story about the aphrodisiac properties of guava nectar, then tell the girl not to seduce me tonight, I'm not easy

- Mimosa d'Asti: 1 part Moscato d'Asti, 1 part orange juice, served in champagne flutes. A great morning-after drink as she makes me breakfast

- Tropical Hawaiian Iced Tea: 1 part tequila, 1 part rum, 1 part vodka, 1 part gin, 1 part triple sec, 1 part pineapple juice, 1 part guava juice. Shaken with ice, then served on the rocks in a 16 oz glass. BE CAREFUL, this WILL fuck YOU and HER up

Keep in mind, this is all congruent with me, so it works for me. If you're NOT a drinker or liquor connoisseur, then either learn to appreciate alcohol or don't make a bar, because it will make you look tryhard.
