Going to start a workout log to keep myself accountable and hopefully tap into the knowledge base to improve and take it to the next level.
I've done quite well this week so far. Did something every day except Saturday.
Sunday: Cross country skied 10k at a moderate pace. My buddy was wiped but I rushed to Krav Maga for an 1.5hr class. Took a good beating, and dished it out too.
Feeling the front inside left knee is tender to touch. Not sure what its from... squats? deads? kicks? going to try and see a massage therapist and or chiropractor.
So I think I finally found a gym routine I'm happy with.
