Your welcome brother! Make sure you get a weekly progress pic/weigh in. Those days when you arent feeling it go look at the the old ones and your latest one and notice the difference. This will push you in the gym even harder.

Are you still doing salsa?

I found that just getting out of the house and doing something I loved with a group of people helped me to be more social, feel better and level up. A while back it was salsa, and when that didn't fit my crazy schedule I did Krav Maga. Some of my friends are a part of rec sports leagues.

remmber the mirror is the best judgement. i wouldnt worry about numbers on a scale let your eyes be the best judge and if anythign you can always post pics and we well give you honest feed back..

This week I hit the gym Mon-Thurs. Worked out arms (pulling) one day and legs/back another day with cardio the rest of the time. I'm so sore right now like I've never been in my life! The trainers defintely pushed and motivated me like I've never done before. This is some hard shit.

Checked out episode 3. I've tried doing high carb and lower fat diets like he recommends and it just does not work for me.

You've gotta find something that works for you and something you can actually stick to. It can be the best fucking diet in the world but if you run it for 5 days and are ready to fucking kill your self its not gonna work lol.

If you can download the app called myfitnesspal and record your diet for a week. That app is super user friendly and easy to use and will let you see approximately what your numbers (pro, carb, fat, kcals) look like. On top of that take your weight every morning after going to the bathroom. This should let you see what general trend you are going regarding bodyweight.

From there you can adjust according to what your goals are.

Goal: losing weight
- if body weight went down during the week (general recommendation is 1-2lbs a week unless morbidly obese) keep doin what your doin
- if body weight went up cut out 200 calories a day the next week and record your bw again(adjust accordingly)

Goal: getting bigger
- if body weight went down during the week add 200kcal / day. observe the next week and adjust accordingly
if body weight went up keep doin what your doin.

Regardless of goal if your lifting I would recommend keeping your protein level high.

Also, with the carbs and fats thing its back and forth just really depends who you are talking to. Plenty of guys have gotten ripped with high carbs low fat and plenty have done it with low carb high fat.

Consider your body your personal test subject. change the k-cals / macro %'s, observe the results, adjust accordingly. Find what works for you. Just like adjusting your online profile (pof, okcupid) change one thing, observe results, adjust accordingly.

Thanks bro! I use an app called DailyBurn Tracker. Back when I was checking out all the apps including FitnessPal it's the one I went with. I've put a lot into the app creating custom shit so it's kind of hard to move off it.

Been sick as a fucking dog this week and only made the gym on Monday for cardio. We'll see when I can get back after it next week.

truth be told the high carbs diets to get shredded only works for guys who takes larges amount of tren.and 99% of ALL so called fitness gurus on youtube that claim to be natty...Bs most of them go to the same forums i go to for AAS..so i just wanted to say that so you can remember that what works for these guys on youtube may in fact work..but there taking other things that your not taking in order to get those results.
