1. Any tips on conquering AA when it comes up? Permanently ending it? It's not really a heart pumping adrenaline AA (i get that when phone calling a girl) it's more of "hey look a set, nah i won't approach" then I end up pissed at myself further wrecking my game.

2. I see it a lot around here, what exactly is tantra?

3. While I am working towards this life improvement, do you have anything for me to keep in mind during my journey? Any idea, state of mind, or just anything that helped you on your journey of improvement?
