Gill330 30 Day Challenge

Post by Gill330 »

Hey guys on the forum, my name is Simran Gill. I was previously a member of Style Life Academy. I am a 2nd year student in college. I have created this 30 day challenge to challenge my self even more than I have already been doing. I am currently working with a social artist coach on Life style building and Game. Some of you guys may remember me from Style Life. I have been getting numbers from girls in my classes using openers. Underneath I will list my goals for the next 30 days. I will also post here every night on what I did to help achieve those goals. These goals will not be solid goals like " gain 10 pounds of muscle in 30 days" Some of the goals will be fitness goals but also academic goals.

1. Study hard every day Monday- Friday. Prepare for tests. Do home work and go to class and pay attention. Post test scores and results on this forum.
2. Go out with friends Friday and Saturday night. Enjoy weekends. Build more of a LIFE.
3. Go to driving range 3 days a week and hit one large bucket of golf balls 3 days a week. Golf lesson is once a week most weeks.
4. Do cardio 20 minutes every morning.
5. Go to gym and workout 3 days a week.
6. get more numbers from people ( especially girls in school)
7. Spend some time posting here every night.

Hey guys on the forum. I totally messed up the 1st day of my 30 day challenge. I did not do it intentionally. I woke up late. My 12:45 class was canceled. I did a few productive things today but I felt like shit because I did not wake up on time. The reason I did not wake up on time is, my phone was not loud enough. What I am going to do to fix that is use my parents alarm clock for tomorrow morning to wake up. Here is my schedule for tomorrow:

7:30 Am Wake up
20 mins of cardio
10 mins of stretching
8 Am shower get ready
8:45 AM Read News
9:30 AM Eat Some thing
9:45 AM Clean Room- Do laundry
10 AM go to gym
10:10 AM workout
drink protein
11:10AM Leave Gym
11;20 AM Eat snack
11:30 AM Get ready to study
11 45 AM study for any of your classes
1:45 PM take break, walk the dog, eat lunch
2:15 PM study for 1 hour and 15 minutes
3:30 PM Get ready to leave for school
3:45 PM Leave for school
talk to people before class
4:40 PM - 6:20 PM/ class

Today is Day 2 of my 30 day challenge. I did everything that was on my schedule for today. I studied for 3 and a half hours, lifted weights for 50 minutes, read the news for 30 minutes, and went to class. I feel great now that my schedule is over and I am watching the Yankees game and relaxing. I am also doing everything that my social artist coach is telling me to do. I am trying to build connections with women right now. The way I do it is by getting numbers and using what I have learned on the women. I am in the process of making my WHOLE life a DHV. I will eliminate all of the DLV's from my life.

Another one of my goals is to eat healthy six days a week. That is an idea I got from my coach. I already know what to eat during the day. I have already been eating healthy but not as consistently as I should. Saturday is the only day I should be eating unhealthy. Of course this does not mean that on special occasions I cannot eat unhealthy.

Today is Day 3 of my 30 day challenge. I found out today that my whole math class would not be getting our math tests back today because of complications. I will get my math test back on Thursday. I did not have time to go to the gym today or play golf. I was busy in class and studying at home. I also read the news today, and got dressed properly in the morning. I did my whole schedule for the day. Now about tomorrow.
I will do 3 hours of studying. Hit one large bucket of golf balls at the driving range. Read the news. Attend my one class. I will also go to the Pre-Med Society meeting in my school, and participate. If I have time I will go to my schools tutoring building and get help for my paper which is due October 18th.

Today is Day 4 of my 30 day challenge. I did everything on my schedule. I studied for a few hours, went to class, and played golf. I also bought Jets tickets for Thanksgiving. I also had lunch with this girl I know. Her name is Nicole. She look pretty good. At the end of lunch she asked me for my number.

Today is day 5 of my 30 day challenge. I physically feel healthier after going to the gym today. I did work out for 45 minutes in the gym. I do a fully body workout 3 days week. I do not need cardio right now. All I want to do is get a pretty good body frame. Right now I am 140 pounds. I used to smoke and my body is still recovering from the cigarettes. Today I did 3 sets of bicep curls, 3 sets of Tricep rope extensions. 3 sets of Lat pull downs, 3 sets of dumbbell bench presses, I also did dumbbell squats for my legs. I did a full body workout today. I DO understand that being healthy and doing exercise daily is vital to living a great life. My goal is to eventually get to 160-165 pounds without carrying to much fat. I do not think I can get really ripped up but I do think I can look pretty good at 165 with a flat belly and bigger muscles then now.
