You need to create an idea that will be outside but close to what people will always need. there are so many factors in what a good business could reach success. it takes alot of determination and a good idea to build up a very successful company.

Figure out EXACTLY, IN DETAIL, what the Product, or service is that you offer.
Once you have a detailed description of the product or service. Determine your target audience/market. Who would have a need or a want to purchase your product or service.
Then once you figure out who your customers should be, you need to market to that specific crowd. This is the main things that will bring in business. How you market yourself.
You might have the greatest product or service of all time, but if nobody knows it exhists, and don't have a quickly accessible way of purchasing it from you, then it isn't really doing any good.
If you just recorded a million dollar hit song, and all it does is sit on your hard drive, it won't make you a dime. Figure out what it is you offer and who would want to buy it. Then detail a plan to get it out and accessible for people to buy.
Starting of, you will have to do ALL the work yourself. It will be mentally and physically draining, and will take up the majority of your time and mental focus. The begining planing stages are one of the most important parts. Set detailed goals, and a plan to achieve those goals.
Outsourcing certain tasks to friends or family to help with is beneficial, and will help save you some time and energy, BUT... don't rely on other people. Nobody considers your goals as important as you do. People will flake, people will bail at the last minute. Always have a Plan B.
Starting out is tough and a lot of work. Keep at it and stay focused even when things get tough and you'll succeed. Don't give up. if things don't go the way you planned, jus re adjust your plans, and push forward.
Don't give up. Keep Hustlin'.
