Sounds like blood pressure issues. I would lay off the C4. Read the warning label on that stuff.

Did you feel cold or nauseous?

Hmm

Thought you are only suppose to use that kind of stuff once you are in shape. Not when you just start out.

Like putting Nitrous in a weak motor...not wise.

Been lurking for a bit so here's my first post, only because this is an important issue.

I'd stop the C4 and make sure your nutrition is correct. If this doesn't fix it, obviously a trip to the doc is in order.

I do not like preworkouts at all for any type of cardio or combative sports. They are for guys who lift weights for 30 seconds followed by minutes of rest. Then there's the number of chemicals and their side effects, many of which are completely unknown and unregulated as the formulations are updated. A primary ingredient in C4 was banned in 2012-ish and they replaced it with something else. This cycle continues on and on in the supplement industry.

In the Army this is a HUGE issue, with several products being banned after causing heart attacks, seizure, stroke, etc. In addition, guys get hooked on pre-workout supps and then cannot perform without them- no Bueno.

Sure, plenty of folks swear by the stuff and "never had a problem". Until they do and it is sometimes NOT a minor learning experience.

My personal boxing & MMA supplement list:
Multi Vitamin
BCAAs
Food

If you need a pick me up, drink a cup of coffee.
