Yes, every morning. I found a great motivational speaker who actually teaches upon motivation and how to achieve it and that is one of the first things I do. Plus that with Dancing with Life helps keep me grounded. I just have to beat my ass into going and approaching on a constant basis. I am so close I can feel it.

It's really important that your promise reads in the PRESENT tense, that it is your current state of mind (even if in reality it isn't yet), so that you start BELIEVING it to be true.

And once you start believing it to be true, then it is!
