You cannot beat this free resource. The advice is so personalized that without you having been there you can't really benefit. You've gotta be there to ask questions as they pertain to you and what's going on in your life.

New Years day, The Sunday Break Down will be on in your usual TSBD time and your usual TSBD channel! Tomorrow night we be doing future projections where we will all imagine ourselfs at the end of 2012 looking back on what we acomplished through the year. Have a great night tonight, be safe, game responsabily, and we will see you tomorrow night to start the new year right!

This week's TSBD will be a theme night where we will all share our stories of what got us in to the community in the first place! Next week's TSBD will be cancled due to the Super Bowl, but stay tuned because we have some very special plans for the rest of Febuary that will be revaled soon!

This month TSBD will entirely consist of theme nights. We hope that you guys will attend every week becuase each week will build on the last. Our goal is to help you re-evaluate somethings and learn to be as effective as you can be going forward. This week we will start the process by helping you evaluate what you personal stregths and weaknesses are. So come tomorrow night with those things in mind and get ready to make Febuary be a month of change and growth!

Shotz will not be able to attend tonight's TSBD so it will be a standard Q&A session with me, NSM! Looking forward to seeing you guys tonight and having a good life changing time as usual!
