The Sunday Break Down!

The Sunday Break Down flashchat was every Sunday held at 9PM Eastern, that’s 8PM Central, 7PM Mountain, and 6PM Pacific. But TSBD has since run its course and has come to an end.

Bravohood flash chats are an incredible free opportunity to have questions answered by people approved by MPUA Bravo. The Sunday Breakdown is your place to talk about your weekend adventures, start planning for the next week, of just bring any questions you may have. One of our goals is to help you understand what really happened in your sets that weekend, what went wrong in that one set, why that other set went as amazingly as it did, and help you build momentum as you gain knowledge and understanding, pursue your goals, and live the life of your dreams. We also alternate theme weeks between question and answer weeks to help you blast forward in your personal growth in a guided way.

For the first year, Shotz was my co-host until other priorities deamded more of his attention. Starting on April 1st, 2012, DJNinja took over for Shotz, in co-hosting duties with me for TSBD. DJ and I co-hosted until it was time for me to step down on Octorber 21st, 2012. Now DJ has gone on to co-host a new Wedensday night flashchat with Ice as a spirtitual successor to TSBD.

Thanks to everyone who supported The Sunday Break Down! Your love and support were why we provided this free service, why we invested our time and effort every week to help you continue to become your best self and live the life of your dreams! On my last night, we broke the all time record flash chat attendence topping out at around 38 attendies. It was overwhelming to see so many of the guys that attended over the nearly year and a half life span of TSBD coming in that night to show their appretiation for everything we did over time.

We had a GREAT turnout last Sunday. Lot's of great questions, lot's of advice to help guys with their current STICKING points and some great takeaways for all.

Transcripts are only saved for 20 minutes unless someone goes in and copies the thing into a word document. We plan on doing highlight write ups after each FC going forward, but that will only be highlights. To really take advantage of the opportunity, you'll need to be in the room, on time, ready to grow!

The flashchat client automatically starts saving you a copy of the transcript from the moment you log in. So it's best to get into the chatroom early, even if you know you're going to be preoccupied with something else IRL, and just keep the chatroom alive in your browser and set your status as "Busy" or "Away". Just make sure your browser doesn't crash or that you don't close that particular window (it's a good idea to save what's happened so far from time to time, just in case you do have a crash), and by the end, you'll have the entire transcript.

If anyone needs last Sunday's transcript, I have it in two parts. My browser crashed right after NSM & Shotz answered my question, so I have everything leading up to my question and everything that followed. Let me know if you want it and I'll send it to you.
