Sorry, I don't much about Winnipeg and I don't have any references up there.

But tantric yoga could be a good place to start--depending on what they mean by that term. Most of the tantra I've studied has little to do with actual sex techniques and more with breathing exercises and so forth--at the end of the day, these help a lot with sex, but they are not sex techniques.

Hahahah I could write a book on that.

But I will tell you a one sentence version I have taken from a good friend of mine:

"I find wholeness in self so that I may dance with others and not be diminished."

If you can integrate that, you have everything you need.
