Thought more T caused baldness- or relation between two.

Talk to doctor and get levels checked yet?

I think it has more to do with the way your body processes it. An excess of T can cause baldness and testicular shrinkage. Cool science bit, the reason it causes testicular shrinkage is our bodies are very efficient, so if you're getting a lot of T from outside sources, your testicles stop making it and eventually shrivel and shrink.

Anyway, men with naturally high T levels usually have more hair on their head and their body, along with increased muscle mass and a deeper voice. But again if you go over the limit then you start getting side effects.

Tons of advice in here already and it looks like most everything has been pointed out already.

Get a blood panel ran with your doc. Some docs dont like to do that but if you list a few symptoms that fall in line with low t he'd be more inclined to get you the test.

After that if it is low you might be able to get onto TRT. Make sure you do your research though as that isn't a small decision to make. Not all regular doc's will go that route that and if it is something you wanna do go checkout a mens clinic. Not sure if you have those over there but they've been popping up here in the states quite a bit.

Sleep, eat, and shift some of that cardio over to the weights.
