I like it, you're making progress! Give yourself some credit for that. Just keep working at it, and you'll continue to see improvements.

Done. I made it from Minneapolis, crossing over the border to Prescott, WI, and down to cross back over the border again at Red Wing, MN. And then back again, all in about 13 hours total, including stops/meals. Some nasty hills in between Prescott and Red Wing, a brief downpour, and an unfriendly headwind on the way there all tried to keep me from my goal. The whole thing was something around 110+ miles. I am the king.
