At seven yards, I average one round on target from the holster at .85
From concealment, I average 1.5 so you are on target. (And I shoot a LOT)
Just remember, you can't miss fast enough to win a gunfight.

For your revolver, in plain clothes speed loaders are not practical in your pocket. Get some speed strips.
They are slower, but flat and slip into pockets.
