No Fap 2015

Day 6, rain delay. So I fapped but no porn was involved. Just couldn't say no. But I feel closer to being in a healthier spot when it comes to this. Every time I increase my days so there will be a point in time where I am giving all my sexual energy to women.

So, yesterday being Tuesday I decide to do an experiment and test out a theory. How does fapping to adult material effect (affect) my mind. So I did it. Let me tell you the eye opening movement I had with that was intense. I will no fap to anything again unless it's with the presence of a female.

It made me feel shallow, and there wasn't anything special about it. Even the pleasure was less in comparison. I think I have finally kicked this habit now to break it completely.

So, I have gone two days without fapping, so I am day 3 of attempt 2 so. It's going really well. I still need to figure out how I am going to get better. I am so pissed at myself for failing to see the problems sitting in front of me. But, that is ok I will get better. I will succeed and next week Friday I will have my coaching call with bravo. Life here me fucking roar!

Not trying to hijack the post at all -- just showing some support. I'm on day 2, myself, of no fapping, and don't plan to again. I'm sure there will be urges, but I'll be checking this thread out along the way to keep inspired. Thanks for the updates!
