Do you say no to drop her off in gun free zone?

Post by Skeptic »

Some intro: I am a concealed carrier and good at keeping it hidden. Only had one girl ever find it.

I had a slip up a little while ago and agreed to drop a girl off in a gun free zone(legal gun free, not just the signs posted) and I am just now realizing it. My question is, would you say no? If it were a college campus and she wanted you to walk her to wherever? Never had it come up before........
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass... and I'm all out of bubblegum! .....................................................Formerly: WhatWhat....................................................

If you've got a concealed carry, hide it very well, and won't pull it out unless the threat of deadly force makes it necessary, why worry? Unless the place has metal detectors to scan everyone who enters, then you're fine.

And if you do have to pull it out due to a potential threat, worrying about the legal ramifications about carrying in a gun-free zone would probably be the least of your worries...

If you're really worried about it, then you could leave it in the car. But we all know how good a gun is if you can't reach it if you need it. I'm inclined to agree with DJ here, although I don't have any experience or for sure knowledge.
