Note to self...don't be too sure of yourself. Got sick for past few days and started using "comfort food" again. So, guess I need to re-list/re-commit my goals (key challenges bolded)

- Lose 70 lbs of body fat (I'm a big man at 6'4", 305#)...this will include going back to the clean diet I had for the past few months
- No wasteful Internet time (including viral video sites and surfing message boards, no matter how "helpful" they can be)
- No fap/porn challenge (try to make at least 20 days in a row at a time, if not the whole 90)...made it to 25 days straight before.
- Get my consulting practice formalized with a real business structure and plan
- Get all my document archiving completed (going paperless)
- Get my personal possessions downsized (almost there but a few last things to list on eBay/Craigslist)

F*cked up, fell of the wagon, let work stress derail me. Have to climb back on. Same goals as before.

Been making progress on the last two goals (and going out to meet new people), but again fell off the wagon on the other stuff.

You don't seem serious about this

You also are trying to accomplish multiple goals at once, which while attainable, is difficult for a guy who has been walking the walk for a bit. Let alone a guy who is still green

Not so green...but you are right, way too much still. A fault of mine for sure. When I was successful for a brief period, early on, I was really only concentrating on these two goals...

- Lose 70 lbs of body fat (I'm a big man at 6'4", 305#)...this will include going back to the clean diet I had for the past few months
- No wasteful Internet time (including viral video sites and surfing message boards, no matter how "helpful" they can be)

Maybe that is how I get back on track.
