DJ and Ice: Coaching thread tonight - 6pm pst - END

Post by Ice »

DJ and I will be here taking your questions

Post up the sticking points you are struggling with

Also - a question Bravo asked still resonated with me. Did you live last year like it was your last? Or did you live it like it was like any other year?

What are you doing this year to make this year AWESOME and a year to remember?

probably didn't live it like it was my last but definitely had a great time along the way. was some good times and some lows. but most importantly if I looked at where I was at this time last year to where I am now then I am light years ahead. sometimes it felt like I was going backwards but I was already so far in front it didn't matter. funnily enough the 2 worst things that happened during the year both were massive turning points that led to more growth

2014 will keep pushing boundaries in all parts of my life…

also a question about SNL

Picked up two hot blondes on NYE, I'm going to do a FR but just haven't got around to it. pretty much the first day I have had at home for three weeks.

anywayI was with one, my wing was with the other one, kiss closed, number closed etc, went dancing for a bit then left them and went to talk to others, then they came back later.

so now like 2am, we get out of the club on way to train station. problems

Can't go to my place, takes like 1 hour on train.
Girls are staying at relatives house in inner west.
only option is wing mans house which is 15 minute cab ride.

push for wing mans house but doesn't work, they get cold feet and want to go home.

want to know if logistics was the problem or maybe something else? hanging with them too much maybe?
or not coming up with a good enough reason why going back to wing mans house? i.e it was kind of like lets go back to X house and even though it wasn't like lets go and bang you senseless that was kind of obvious

like how you framed it as turning points that led to more growth

what areas do you see yourself pushing yourself in

and what will success look like to you (how will you know when you've led an awesome year?

Without knowing more about your FR I can only comment that logistics are important - you'll want to figure that out before hand

It is one of the important factors but not the only one

What are you doing this year to make this year AWESOME and a year to remember?

PX5 booked for end of January, and hoping to have 3 this year

diet has been kicked up ANOTHER notch, eating cleaner than I ever have been in my life

my cooking skills have greatly increased...soon I will be better than ICE! ;)

exercise is now a habit, whereas before it was if I felt like it

looking at moving into a house or possibly buying something March

SHOT show in a few weeks, helped teach an improvised weapons class to local SWAT guys in 2013, but tactical training is getting back into gear

things with the GF are better than ever, best relationship I have ever been in, and talking about moving in together

already looking like MORE trips in 2014 than I ever have before...and Hawaii will be happening in a few months

bug out supplies are at an acceptable level, could not leave my house for 2-3 weeks if needed, and PLENTY of water, food, guns and ammo to protect myself and loved ones

because the motorcycle was stolen, dont have to worry about trading in and losing my ass (bright side thinking) so deciding now if I want a older/cool one or a bigger one for longer trips. GF is also buying a bike to ride with me. -she took her riding class several weeks ago and beat all the guys in it

we are also planning on taking a AR15 class together

lots of other irons in the fire presently....but ya 2013 was my best year ever and 2014 is already shaping up to buttfuck it

:)

-great thread guys
Respectfully,
Bravo

Most important thing for me this year is my uni, going to take on a bigger workload in first semester, and work hard at lifting my grades.

also want to look at what I can change in my work and living arrangements. want to move closer into city, at the moment I'm like 1 hour train ride out and makes it hard to get to places. and there is like ten fold more HB's living inner city.

and finally, will be pushing more boundaries in pick up, have been pretty much out every weekend, and some weeknights, saying and doing stuff I didn't think I could do before. and looking forward to getting over there in january and pushing it even further.

an awesome year would be me looking back at the same guy a year earlier and saying yeah this right now version is way better

I gathered you probably need more info, but I asked because I'm not sure if the logistics was the only thing,it sounds like a good excuse, but I have a feeling there was more to it.

i'll get a FR posted as soon as I can and pm you to have a look if thats cool?

Two years ago I had a huge list of 50 things to do that year. Didn't get all the way through it, but, I knocked tons of stuff out. Stuff like skydiving, James Bond roleplaying date, drink a beer before noon, go international, stuff like that.

Looking back on that list and how awesome it was, I want to do more this year. It's not done yet, but I'll have a good idea what needs to happen by the end of this weekend.

2013 was probably the best year in terms of everything.
2014 will exceed that in every aspect.

No questions for you guys tonight. Hears to an excellent future year.

And remember.

Above all, try something.
