Good for the guy who's in a constant business environment. It doesn't cover how to dress casual and still look awesome (different types of shoes and boots, pairing perfect type of jeans with oxfords and t-shirts and other good shit).

Still an awesome read especially putting emphasis on the fact that you shouldn't wear running shoes when you're not running.

Nice one Irish. GP, very good point, but a lot of the general ideas are absolutely applicable to casual clothing and are things I see violated (in fact, not so much violated as abducted, savagely beaten, brutally raped and left for dead in a dark alley) on a regular basis. Proper fit, good material, appropriate shoes and no white socks are rules to live by that will never steer you wrong!

Cheers,

I personally think that fashion sense for that seems a bit too dressed up for a casual day or bar. To me it seems like a how to dress like a hipster douche. But thats just my take away. I grew up in a more surf community so its not my style. But I guess tshirt, chucks and jeans arent exactly the most fashionable either.

@Stone. GQ is always a good place to start bro.

Casual can be done 50 million different ways. Also looking at celebrities help too. For me I do casual with a pair of GOOD FITTING jeans, broken in boots, a solid color GOOD FITTING T-Shirt (v-necks or crew necks) and top it off with accessories like a couple of necklaces and a bracelet or 2.

Casual could be diff for everyone. Just need to play with it and find your look.
