I'm someone who has some trouble utilizing my time to be as productive as possible and stumbled upon something very interesting. I recently saw a video I believe is very helpful and thought it would be great to share with you guys:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lHfjvYzr ... tk2BudLUzA
Some of the stuff that is said is pretty obvious, but it is something I need to implement on a daily basis and I am now challenging myself to add some of the qualities explained in the video in my daily life.
*I tried embedding the video and it didn't work for some reason so I put the link instead.
