Name Change

Is it possible to change my name on here..figured it wasn't too smart after it was created, to create my account have have my name be my ACTUAL name... Tried to go and edit it but it is locked off...any help would be appreciated.

I use to do it, here and old forum

but waaaaaaaaaaay too much work, wasted time, guys requesting names already taken, guys asking for then never becoming active
