Should ask Johnny/Violet,they've both been in the industry and she mentioned something about a Cam thingy recently. I think couples cams probably make some money, but I dunno about an actual porn site that charges for membership when you can actually just watch free porn.

From a marketing aspect, I would post lots of videos of you and her on the free pornsites with the video containing a link to the website for more. Just a couple thoughts off the top of my head.

For the most part, you won't be making any money unless you have a good camera/angles. But the MAIN reason why its hard is that your girl will need a "hook" of some sort. Something that will set her apart from other girls. Like that heather brooke chick who can deepthroat like a whole meter stick (exxaggerting but hopefully you get the point)

And also between tube sites and other free internet sources, there's no point or motivation for customers (guys/girls) paying to watch regular straight porn. The market is so flooded. But like I said before, if the girl has some special skill or attributes (deep throat, large tits, filming sex in changing rooms, willingness to stick weird things in herself, BDSM that won't turn off people who are new to it, etc) you may have a chance at something.


On the other hand, you can look into possible "Cam Sites". Since there are people that would pay to see two people bang LIVE instead of just recorded and placed up on a site. Also, you can usually control the market where your show is broadcasted. For example, any reputable provider will let you block out your home state and any other region you would like. So, you know, her dad doesn't stumble upon your sexcapades.



But if youre into the Porn Site making, you'll need:
-A camera
-A tripod for the camera
-A remote to control recording
-The girl or girl(s)
-A guy

The technical Side:
-A website
-A membership system
-Advertisement deals with other porn sites (to help you sell n advertise your vids)

I had a brief 20 minute search about joining an established company and it seems there are opportunities to try out and see how good you are on camera you are but it looked like its only open to girls or couples for a lot of places. Never seen an opportunity for a straight guy or i would have applied.

The porn industry is dying due to amateur/free sites just like all the guys said.

I think cam shows are the best way to go, Usually you make a commission from what the people watching buy and the upkeep on the site is already taken care of.

I was going to mention it but it looks like you already have it in mind. If I'm not mistaken you are a recent med school graduate. I'd look into your current terms of employment as it usually will contain a clause with regard to "not bringing disrepute to the employer". If anyone found out you could expect future employment to be at risk as well. I wouldn't think the loss of present and future employment would be worth it compared to the cost/risk of making porn.

You could do two sides to it. One a nice side where you keep shit semi clothed and you can put it up on youtube and link to your "naughty" site for the actual sessions. I know youtube pays if you get enough hits as well so you could be making money from youtube and from the naughty site.

The problem with bdsm is that the community is very cliquey and refuses to allow new web content survive. Collarme.com should be crazy popular cuz it's free, but alt.com already has it locked up.

Same thing with porn. You've already got extremetube and kink.com (crazy good site) and kinkacademy.com for the instructional side. You'll have a hard time setting yourself apart or making it better
