I have spent more time and energy than I ever dreamed getting this site up and running, and it is one of the things I am most proud of in my life.
I am however NOT a computer guy, I actually have never taken a computer or programming class in my life, this just makes me even more proud of this site.
I have already had to call in a few favors to help me, and now that this site is growing I want to make sure that it stays on track and as cool as possible.
What this means is in addition to the hosting fees I am already paying, there will be other things I have to spend my money on to maintain this site.
Since a forum is only as good as it's members ( and I really do think we have the coolest) I came up with a GOLD NAME membership as a way to help out.
If you donate $20 to the forum fund you will be given a GOLD NAME and the extra benefits are-
- * Color change of user name so everyone knows you help support the site
* A larger private message box (normally 50 but bumped up to 1000)
* The ability to change your user name yourself in the control panel
* As I develop new products I will call on GOLD NAMER's to help BETA TEST
* Additional features as I think of them and figure them out
* and a few small ones I didn't list that are also included

To donate just click the PAYPAL button above, it will then direct you to a PAYPAL page where you can donate the $20. Please include your forum user name and the email address you are registered on here with. Once the donation is received I will then come in here and manually move you to the new user group which will last for one year. I will set it up in my Google calendar to email you about expiration, consider the 1st email your confirmation, then shortly before the 1 year mark my calendar will email you to let you know, if you do not renew I will then move you back to a standard user.
-also please post in this thread if you donate, it will make matching up emails and user names easier if there is an issue.

just to make sure you guys get 100% taken care of, and I know some of us have PayPal accounts with different email addresses, this is how you can include your user name during the process
right where the red arrow points (high tech I know!) there is a little +, you can click it and a text box opens up that you can type your info in, I demo'ed how to fill it in, but really JUST putting your user name in works too.
