From what you've told me your gf may not be as sexually adventurous as you


so to bring up threesome is already a step in that direction


to do it with her friend may be a turn off


unless your gf is bi-curious and already thought about it


could ask if she has anyone in mind - any of her friends


but risk if you bring up fucking her friends, is you let her know you'd fuck one of her friends - which depending on kind of girl she is, could or could not work well in your favour


I'd say best to meet a new girl and introduce threesome
