Hey Im struggling in getting women to respect me. I feel like they simply walk over me sooner or later. How do I fix this.

In a word: Boundaries. Learn how to develop boundaries, communicate them, and enforce them.
If you ignore all the Jesus stuff, this is a good book:

Probably the first step to developing boundaries is to develop goals for the values and characteristics you want to manifest and embody. After that, you can base your boundaries on those.

When you sleep with new girls, now or in the past, did you ever ask about STDs prior to sleeping with them? Anything you can expand on? I'm not talking about girls with obvious signs. Maybe just a typical girl who triggers all the "she has lots of sex" flags.
