I'm saving up h/c for my m4 and looking at what I want
Right now, looking at options near me, DD is most realistic for me. I'll have more m4 questions but for this post in particular:
I'm wondering if anyone knows how to setup an M4 to be this quiet.
Is this m4 very quiet b/c it's a mid-gas system vs. a carbine system? Thanks guys, appreciate your advice on this one!

Google suppressor.
Assume they are illegal there but maybe not.

Hahaha! Yes, very illegal. Can't even have home-made gun suppressors around - very big no no.
I didn't see a suppressor at the end of that barrel so thought there may be another way to silence the gun, maybe from the type of gas system it was used?

super illegal here too
have to get paperwork, wait months, get letter for PD to get here
and cost thousands
think its a mini at the start, barely poking out
then clearly see ones later
nothing else will do

It's a shame they are restricted. In Switzerland they encourage suppressor use so you don't bother the neighbours when you're shooting.
I don't see how banning them prevents crime.
If someone's going to shoot, they will shoot.
