Last Smoothcall Flashchat for the summer is TODAY July 8,

As you all may have noticed, I've had some of the other great members doing a lot of fill-ins for me on my flashchats the last month or so. Between getting really busy at work, a few illnesses and deaths of people very close to me, and the fact that I'm getting married on August 31 this year and helping plan for that--it's been a crazy busy and emotional time for me lately.
Looking out over the next two months, I can see it isn't going to get better. Therefore, I am going to host one last flashchat for the summer--July 8, 2013, 7 p.m. Pacific, and then go on hiatus until after the honeymoon, returning on September 16, 2013.
Yes, Smoothcall is getting married--yesterday, I ran into a one of my lawyer friends and he was shocked. He asked, "Aren't those three women you used to go out with when we worked together going to be upset?" I just smiled and told him that the future Mrs. Smoothcall ("Ms.FSC") is not the jealous type.
Being a single man in this day and age rocks--it is great and amazing. I'm going to be 54 in about 10 days--since my divorce at age 30, I've been pretty much single. I had a one year marriage 2000-2001, and even if you count the times I was in monogamous relationships, I've probably been a free agent for at least 17 of those 24 years.
I was never in a relationship that was better than being single--until I met Ms.FSC. She is a gem. I know if any of my exes were to read this, they would get pissed or be hurt, but Ms.FSC is really the only one who earned being Mrs. Smoothcall.
Bravo and I talked last week, and we kicked around a few new ideas that we may start when I return--so keep an eye out for my return.
