thoughts for ice

Hey guys,
I've thought about this for some time now. I've been posting my thoughts/advice on the forum, and have been co-hosting FC with DJ for just some time now.
The main reason I wanted to be a FC host was to connect and help you guys out however I can. Now I'm asking for you guys to do something for me.
I'm always looking for ways to level up and get more solid in what I do. I'd like your honest thoughts on my coaching style as an FC host and with my posts on the forum.
I'd like to know:
1. what's working well,
2. what would work better
3. two suggestions you think would help make a positive impact on my coaching/leadership style
