I am doing 3 summer classes right now in my business program. That is like taking 6 in a normal semester. But Ill i have been doing is going to school and studying. Yes my main goal is to get int Simon Fraser University but I have stopped working out and stopped going to MMA classes. This is not good. Also since I am in school a lot I am only working like 1 maybe twice a week so I do not have a lot of money to be eating out all the time. So I need make meals at home and not eat out for 30days.
I bought a Mens Nutrition Guide. In one section it gives you a list of items to buy on Sunday. and from that list you can make 10 meals. You basically do all the prep the first day. And your dinners become some form of your lunch. The meals are very healthy for you, quick to make, and cheaper than going out.
Monday. I will go to the gym before class. (chest and Triceps). Make my lunch that I will bring to school. I have Phil100 class from 11:30-2:30 I will study in between classes and read the globe and mail business section and then I have MacroEcon class from 6pm-9pm Go home and Make dinner and watch the nightly business report on PBS.
Tuesday. I will go to wake up at 7am. Study until 9. Head to Kickboxing. come home eat a protein shake, make lunch then hit up the library from 11am-6pm. Read the Globe and mail. Then I have Cost Management Accounting from 6pm-9pm. Go home make dinner. Watch PBS business report
Wednesday. I will go to the gym before class. (Bicep and Shoulders). Make my lunch that I will bring to school. I have Phil100 class from 11:30-2:30 I will study in between classes and read the globe and mail business section and then I have MacroEcon class from 6pm-9pm Go home and Make dinner and watch the nightly business report on PBS.
