TSBD: THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT

In case you missed it last night...

First of all, a very special Thank You to NSM & Shotz for starting The Sunday Breakdown and doing an awesome job making it into what it is today. They have inspired and helped so many great guys build awesome & inspired lives, including me and Ice, and we are forever grateful for their hard work and dedication. Thanks, guys!

Ice & I are going to take this to a new level, and to do that more effectively, we need to make this work with our schedules. And we feel that Wednesdays would be a better day for us.

So the big news is that...Starting on November 7, we're moving the flashchat to Wednesday nights.

We'll bring you new stuff, new ideas, new missions for you to work on for the weekend, and we'll still answer your questions and sticking points.

The other reason for the big change was to get you guys out more. If you have sticking points early/mid-week, we would give you takeaways & missions to work on for the rest of the week and into the weekend.

The flashchat will still be at the same time, 9pm Eastern, 6pm Pacific, 4pm Hawaii time once daylight savings stops [3pm when daylight savings kicks in from March-November].

So go to Smoothcall's flashchat on MONDAYS (10pm Eastern, 7pm Pacific, 5pm Hawaii time) to debrief from the weekend, and come to Ice and my flashchat on Wednesdays to get you warmed up and in-state for the upcoming weekend! It's the best of both worlds for you!

And as before, these flashchats are always FREE.

No flashchat next Sunday (November 4) and this Wednesday (Halloween night - go out and get laid!), but we'll see you at Smoothcall's Monday flashchats, and ours on Wednesdays starting on November 7!
