We just finished up a phenomenal flashchat with smoothcall - very inspirational and left on a high
- Asked a question about personal leadership and we blew through a lot of my sticking points
- Offered suggestions that he saw might be a possibility for me to improve and he was right
- Had a lot of things click in my head that I didn't realize i was doing and how i'm going to lead that for next time
Also this week I had the opportunity to join in on Team England's flash chat, and they are blowing shit up over there in TE
- Marine style assignments - if one fails, we all fail
- Checking in on each other and giving out solid takeaways
- Very close unit group.
- No pussy footing around over there or moiser and science are going to cock slap'em in the face
Lastly, but certainly not least, NSM and DJ's TBSDs
- These guys give out so much good energy during our flashchats, I'm smiling just thinking about it
- NSM and DJ are examples of how powerful inner-game and re-framing can change ur world
- Also, cred to them for spending quality time answering questions outside their flashchats and helping others out, which they don't have to do.
Not easy what they do imo - so my hats off to them.
