Anyway its really hard for me to find clothes that fit and arent too long.

Cuz of this i dress really shitty and i kno my look is terrible.

Please help me out if you can. Maybe recommend some shops? Btw my budget isnt too big since im still a college student lol. Oh and i am from canada so if ur from here too and know of any decent stores, plz share

What Bravo said. In a world where peoples first impression of you is by how you dress, a tailor is your best friend.

Canada has great fashion.

Its probably best you try to lose the weight quick, because, if you buy all these great clothes, and you lose the weight, you won't fit into it. Buy suggestion is try doing crossfit or kettlebell workouts, or mma workouts. Since they are more intense. You probably can get there in 3 monts.

Fashion advice:

I would buy some kool dress shoes or urban shoes at Aldo, check out the shoes at Aldo.com they always seem to have a sale. Your looking at 35- 75 candaian dollars. Make sure you buy yourself a standard brown dress shoe and a white sneakers for jeans. Never buy black shoes, because every other dude wears that. To stand out where some nice brown boots with diesel jeans. Yo can find diesel everywhere in Canada.

When I travel to montreal and vancouver and pimp it, I would always check out the store le chateau. Great dress shirts and vest at a reasonable price.

Le chateua is good but isnt it a bit too much? Like the clothes there are verrry formal. They look nice tho but yeah kinda expensive...lol 100$ for a shirt -_-

And which is better, dress shoes or boots?

Check out the aldo stores for brown boots. You have to try them on to see how they look. Ask the staff at aldo to see what they think.

Bottom line I would spend the money on a mma school to speed up the weight lost.

Maybe its better to use that money to hire a personal trainer, sign up for a kettlebell class or mma school. The best thing about mma school is that you can go to as many class you want. I went to all three mma course a day. It was brutal. But MMA gets you in shape. You will lose that weight quick if you attend 2 mma class a day. Also you will gain a skill. Plus build confidence and a sense of entitlement. Also you will learn dominance and masculinaity.

Like I said earlier, I would try to lose the weight quick. I work out twice a day at 24 hour fitness. its kind of crazy but, life is short. I'm trying to get a 6 or a 8 pack, never able to obtain that goal. So I'm training twice a day 6 times a week, in order to get to a 5% fat ratio.

Dude...that is like Bodybuilder on stage body fat percentage and can only be held for so long. No amount of MMA classes alone will get you to that percentage. You can't out train a bad diet. Your abs will be showing at 10% if you diet and train properly.

hey VF, i know it's a combination of the three, but what do you think is the most important thing you should focus on if you're trying to bulk up muscle, but lose bodyfat at the same time? diet, cardio, weight training? i'm trying to balance the three right now. eating pretty well except when drunk on weekends, do an hour of fatburn cardio 5 days a week and lift for about an hour 5 days a week. putting on muscle, but haven't lost any weight. i'm assuming that's because i've packed on muscle so it's balancing out the fat i lost, but really want to lose a little bit of fat from midsection as i bulk up. not a tone, i'm not overweight, just want to really tone up. thanks buddy...
