Seriously, Thought about this for awhile... didn't think it was possible.

However, When it comes to sex... If it's not with a women its with my hand.

Makes things difficult to differentiate, I know as a guy I crave and desire sex just as much as anyone (including women) it's not a matter of human instincts. When I feel the need for it is usually after the course of drinking, and when I'm hungover I either hump or jerk my desire away.

This is kinda of a thought of why, I act mental, and I've tried control... no masturbation or even sex for a week or so.

I've even said, no drinking to counter react sexual needs from reciprocations of drinking...

My question is, when is it actually sexual addiction? How do we really know? I know it's a more personal question, but I don't know if I'm addicted or not...

Amount I drink varies, I've gone all week not drinking. I've drank 4 times a week, I use to drink everyday and it was drunk. When I descibe my drinking, it's more along the lines of 2 to 3 beers at night. Getting drunk is more about 2 to 3 times a month. Working on only once a month if any at all.

Fights? I'd say I get in fights with negative people that are poking me... drinking can bring that out and have me explode. However, sometimes it's mostly on facebook and sometimes I'm not even drunk when I do it. I've been focusing more on my inner self more than anything and I think its starting to turn on me because it's not working.

The reason I bring up a sex addiction is because I either masturbate or I try and find some random to sleep with. Like right now, I'm working on this one girl thats from OKC, and honestly shes not very attractive but is very sexual, I'm trying to get into a fuck buddy situation... but she wants to go on a date first and that scares me. However, I'm thinking of hanging out with her monday because she hangs out with all her friends and im putting in my mind. Threesome? I dont know, I feel sex is clouding my brain and actually toxic towards my over all game. Hense why I use masturbation to bring these feelings and urges down... However, it's not working it just means more masturbation and I try to only keep it to twice a day at most.

I think I need a no fap month, and focus on myself more... improve and gain discipline with my lifestyle.

Thoughts? I'm kinda lost to be completely honest...
