Anyone else interested in posting their goals for 2016 that are acheiveable with work, and reminding each other and helping towards them?

where are those goals???


mine so far?

-I hit a new low weight the other day 183
I want to get down to the 175 range and work out at least twice a week

-will release my conversation steering program

-PX will happen in spring

-special class that is more about survival will happen some time in summer, locking down now

-and get my marital arts training group dialed in, which I have been procrastinating on, want that full started by Feb 1st!
