Your worst habit, maybe one that prevents you from succeeding at something you want to accomplish.
Mine: smoking
Starting at midnight, going to try break it. I'm expecting the following mental challenges gathered from previous attempts
-Negative thoughts, depression, and anxiety
-Fatigue
-Irritably, lower threshold for annoyances
-Urge to eat non-stop (Not so bad if it's actual fuel and not crap)
To counter:
-Meditation
-Healthy eating
-Running
-Calisthenics during urges
-Focusing on accomplishing the day's tasks and making it to bedtime

Re: Bad Habit Thread
It takes an average of 21 days to break a habit, good or bad, and another 21 days to install another habit. You've identified the problem and come up with a solution; the challenge will be to go 21 days without relapsing, and then another 21 days to put in a healthy replacement habit.
Good luck!
Good luck!
