Small changes

Every once and a while you come to yourself. I've always been good looking, but recently I've let myself go. I'm finally admitting to myself that I don't have the body of spartan that I used to have at 19. I've realized that I've slowly allowed myself to become a whiny bitch that would rather sit at home, drink, and play xbox instead of going out to a party to meet new people.
Anyways enough self hate. On to the changes and what I've begin to notice.
1. I've decided that I'm going to get back into killer ship. I'm on my third week of the Marsoc 10 week fitness prep. It consist of 5 days of cross fit isn style workouts that include swimming, lots of running, and running with a 45+ pound pack.
It's been kicking my ass, but I have been noticing how much more energy I've been having, and how much better I feel. My first workout my 1 mile time was almost 8 minutes and I thought I was going to need ambulance. On this mondays workout I ran a 6:16 mile and 10:10 mile and half.
2. I've been stepping away from the sauce. I feel like my excessive drinking has been giving me ED/ stressing my finances/ keeping me fat/ and lowing my standards with woman. I've decided that I'm not going to drink alone anymore. I'll allow my self 1 or 2 nights a week to drink, but it has to be in good company.
The days I've been sober, I've noticed my sleep is better. My cock gets up faster and stays harder. Also I don't waste my time with ratchet girls, and I've been having wet dreams.
3. I'm a week into the slow carb diet. It's from Tim Feriss book. Since I started, I've lost a little weight, but I have already cut my guy from 37" to 35". This combined with cutting alcohol might be causing my new boner activity (which I love).
My next step...
1. Grow balls and start opening girls on campus, and making time to pick up girls while I'm in school.
2. finding new hobbies to help me from drinking when I've got nothing going on.
3. Give up the bitch self I am right now to be the man I know I can be.
