30 day challenge: No alcohol January
Things have been getting a lot better socially and with women but I think alcohol is still a major crutch. Besides starting to work on day game, my goal in January is to not drink any alcohol. I think it has hindered my ability to improve in the game and is counter to several of my goals which include dropping 25lbs and paying off some debt. I will come back to post in this thread to update my progress and hold myself accountable.

DO IT...
i did sober October and it did wonders for my game. The experts are right when they say your reaction time and responses are more tuned because you actually feel like Peter Parker when he realised he had spiderman powers.
Commit to it man and you wont regret it.

I'll be joining you on this journey bro!
Not because alcohol is a crutch, just because its fucking up my life and innerself.
Cheers (non alcoholic beverage, of course)

Cool man, it will be a great month without alcohol involved. I read your other post and think you are making the right call. Sometimes it's just cool to remove things from your life while you figure shit out. I'm going to make a stab in the dark that not only is your inner game much stronger after 30 days but I'm guessing our game will improve dramatically. Stay in touch bro and good luck!DvF wrote:I'll be joining you on this journey bro!

I don't drink unless someone buys me a drink. I haven't paid for alcohol in like 7 months now. Feels good
Started it all due to sports and stuff.
I can't change the beginning, but hell ye I will change the ending.

Never leave your drink alone, and ye even while waiting for it some punk could easily put a pill in there. Unless I know the people well I'll gladly accept, but if they are skeptical stranger, meh no.DvF wrote:Don't take drinks from strangers... I'll join with you guys, after having drinking my fair share of Champagne on the NYE
. It's a healthy challenge that should do good to my body!
DvF: Here's a simple trick that should leave you out of trouble: Only drink with you friends. Never have more than 1 or 2 beers if you're around strangers.

I'm excited for this new challenge. I wish you guys luck on your journey as well. Tonight will be my first night out and opening without alcohol in quite some time.
On a side note, I've committed to opening 20 sets using cold approach and 20 women online. That's 2080 interactions with women in 2011. It will be a great year, a lot of learning and honing my skillset.
