I'm tapping out on this for a while
Crazy busy time for me with moving where I live/currently have no gym for a couple weeks and after deciding on a new direction on weight gain routine, I think this is probably hurting my overall goals

Well, for reasons outside my control I didn't continue with this while I was off shift.
Will be starting again from tomorrow.
