First gym session tonight, going to stick with the same routine I ran with last trip. I am going to attempt to eat as cleanly as I can, will be using the Training Mask again. I definitely saw an increase in my fitness after using the mask for a month. Will also be continuing with the Bravohood Pull Up Challenge.

The diet is going to be the main challenge, last trip was an improvement, but there's still improvement to be made.

Have two different types of protein, planning to have three shakes a day. Trying two new products; Nitrotech Ripped and Nitrotech Night from a company called Muscletech.

Nitrotech Ripped - Whey protein with a hit of the following: CLA, MCTs, L-carnitine L-tartrate, green tea extract, rose hip extract and kelp powder.

Nitrotech Night - Micellar protein.

Also going to set myself the target of finishing at least two books during the course of the trip.

Finally, will be working on my Spanish via the the use of Pimsleur audio recordings, planning to listen to this while I'm sat at my desk working.

Bent rows 3x6- 30kg

Felt completely fucked after this.

Pull up routine - 9-11 Day 5 - 6,9,6,6,9 - Failed, on the last set, better than last time.
Chest Press 10x10 - 50kg - Thought it was 45kg, had to drop to 45kg for last 3 sets.
Flys 3x10 - 36kg

Finished reading three books during the course of my trip, working on my fourth. Have also been trying to do one Pimsleur Spanish lesson per day.
