Whatup fellas
I saw this thread yesterday and read the article and thought it was a cool idea.
Tried it last night and I'm not sure I'm going to go back to hot showers. The main thing I noticed is that my skin just felt a lot better after a cold shower. Usually it's a much more dried out.
Thanks!

Trying this out as well. Will post my thoughts after this weekend.

I've noticed this too. Same with my hair, which is a big deal for me because I have long heavy metal hair lol.Jungel wrote:The main thing I noticed is that my skin just felt a lot better after a cold shower. Usually it's a much more dried out.
But yeah, still keeping up with the cold showers and they're great. I think I'm mostly used to them for now. I can even keep from shivering on occasion. Had my first warm shower in a whiiiile yesterday (later on in the day, of course. I worked out. Still had my cold shower in the morning.) and it was extremely nice, but I found myself making it colder slowly over the course of the shower until it was cold again.

Definitely finding myself more active and alert after a cold shower. Whole body just comes alive, so it's a nice wake up call. That's for sure.
