- I can tell you've spent a lot of time reflecting about your life and what you want.

Only question I have is - what do your relationships FEEL like?

I can't wait to see what you have planned for 2014, and even more excited to seeing you in AZ!

Thanks Ice, and a good point, I'll start working on adding that in.

Hey guys,

I know this thread is old but still a lot of value here.

Two questions:

1. If I post positive affirmations here will someone help me critique them?

2. Anyone else interested in working on inner game through positive affirmations?

Wow I can't believe it's been a year since this thread.

Perhaps you would like to share what positive affirmations you do each morning, and what affect it has on you?

So, every morning I get in the shower and brush my teeth. After I sit and close my eyes and I visualize, and I repeat in a stern, confident, steady voice out loud. I am successful, I am great with women, I have sold 13 cars this month ( work goal ) and I am a great dancer. Now at times it feels like I am just wasting the oxygen, but when I think over the month and how my negativity and depression are slowly subsiding and on days I forget to do it or skip a day I feel a like lack luster. So if you are curious to see if it works give yourself 20 days of constant positive affirmations and you will feel something.

Always do it as you have already done it or it's already a part of who you are.

Challenge excepted.

Affirmations I've been working on:

- I have a strong positive mental attitude!

- I am patient and always think before I speak. I am cool, calm, collected and confident.

- I do not care what others think, I make my own reality.

- I am the happiest I have ever been! I do not let others make my sunshine, I make my own.

- I am always a gentleman but never a saint.

Thanks for the replies,

-young

I have been saying these positive affirmations since 12.31.14. I admit, I've missed a day or two. Overall, they have helped.

I've noticed that these consciously force me to think before committing an act of AFC. For example, I've had problems with verbal diarrhea in the past. So now if I feel a fit of this coming on I can say to myself "I am patient and always think before I speak."

I have noticed on days I've skipped these AFC acts are more likely to occur.

I have revised a few of these.

- I have a strong positive mental attitude!

- I am patient and always think before I speak. If I do not know what to say, I say nothing at all.

- Nothing fazes or affects me, I am cool, calm, collected and confident.

- I do not care what others think, I make my own reality.

- I am the happiest I have ever been! I do not let others make my sunshine, I make my own. I do not need others validation to make me happy.

- I am always a gentleman but never a saint.

- I am fun loving guy that exudes positive vibes.

- Women do not scare me, they are only humans.
