Oh hey I was joking, sorry for the misunderstanding! I figured 11AM would be some easy cash.... lolSmoothcall wrote:Okay, I pushed the limit last night. $10 owed.
I am getting more sleep, so this is not a total failure.
Jug is not following--who else wants the $$? Donate it to charity if you don't want it.
I need to add another component here. No more guided trances or guided trance like meditations for 30 days (for example, Hypnotica's stuff). And no porno. Although porno is not a huge problem for me, both of these things are a way to escape reality and live in a fantasy world.
$10 for each one for each day.
Keep plowin ahead though, I'm in the same boat as far as the whole staying up stupid late for dumb reasons.

Re: Smoothcall 30 Day Challenge
Meet all my goals yesterday.
Something I am noticing, something that I forgot, is that very small definite changes can make big differences and they are easier to make then big vague changes.
"I want to get more billable hours and focus at the office." Is big and vague.
"Get to bed by 11 p.m." is small and definite. But guess what? Since I started doing it, I am billing more hours and am more focused.

Re: Smoothcall 30 Day Challenge
Okay, last night I was hanging out with Bravo. I settled up with "fines" I owe and incurred a new one because I didn't get home and in bed until about 11:30 p.m. Still better than what I had been doing.
All other goals met.
