Just woke up from one of the most vivid sex dreams I can remember having in a LONG time.


Would normally take care of business after that, but of course not.

Still in. Start of D4 for me. Me too on the dreams. I had 3 different sex dreams I vividly remember right now. Make matters worse my FB is out of town for the weekend. It's been my routine for a while to see to myself on Sunday if I don't get any weekend action... but not this time. It's blow me or blow me out tonight at the club.

Would be pretty fucking awesome to pull a girl from the club that my girl wants to hook up with... and introduce them next week.

Jumping in on this late, but I think it's a great idea and want to support everyone else doing it. Day 1 for me, here we go...

Day 4 (morning) still in. Day 2 was definitely the hardest. I'm noticing more energy. started working out on Day 2. Yesterday I went for a run. I ran 3 miles. still had a lot of energy.

I've been doing a lot of work in hypnosis to release all my negative emotions. I'm not 100 percent sure but it seems that has been making this much easier. I've tried this in the past (no fapping/porn) and I've never made it past day 4 and the whole process was much more difficult than this time. so (perhaps) I was using my excessive amount of fapping and porn to counter act feeling so negative all the time.
