Also incorporating more veg into diet. Steamed some nice carrots and broccoli with a fish pie yday, then salad with a tuna jacket potato today. Plus bananas, apples and got some kiwis.

Workouts going well, missed friday as the guys came down and didnt think i had time, but apart from that pretty good.


Steak, spinach, peas and carrots for dinner.
