Bump.
I could use some help in figuring out a workout routine. I've never been a lifter — always a jogger, swimmer, and biker. A few weeks ago I sat down at a StayHealthy kiosk and these are the readings it spit out at me:
Blood Pressure: 102/66 mm Hg
Pluse Rate: 65 bpm
Body Fat: 7.50%
Hydration Index: 4.11
Weight: 126.6 lbs
BMI: 17.7
Also, I'm around 5' 10". I've never weighed much more or less than I do now. But I'd like to build some muscle and put on some pounds. I've started documenting my progress in this thread: http://bravopua.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php ... 615#p69615
