No, was around 7-8% body fat.
Working out twice a day. 1-2 hrs of lifting and 2 hrs of BJJ or boxing. Now mostly focused on 1-2 hrs of MMA. That's not counting diet.
Good first step is 50% of your diet vegetables. Ex, Green drink w vitamix in AM and salads w the rest of my meals. Rest is good proteins.

Re: Science Oct - New Years Goals
Haven't been hitting the meditation for an hour a day, but getting some in and feeling AWESOME.
Bought a new car, more than I wanted to spend but low mileage, SUPER cheap tax and 65 mpg if I drive sensibly, plus is more sporty than old car, so much more enjoyable
Also sold old car, so that's all tied up.
Studied for around an hour today, previously e-mailed teacher for past papers link and also found a good website that is perfectly organised and structured for my exam board. Learned from maths exam that finding the best study material is essential. No excuses, A* is mine!!
Scored 88% in last test, haven't been studying as I should so will step up.
Got gym in Mon, Wed, Fri as planned, diet still lacking. College is closed for a week now as it's half term. Woman in science class offered free passes to her gym, so need to go get those at some point.
Tried going to a St Johns Ambulance training session tonight but despite leaving a voicemail and calling a few hours later, I can't get hold of guy running it so can't attend

Good day.
Work, omelette, meditation, study, sleep, gym and a first aid training session in a couple hours.
Looking into protein powders and will also try to start making scrambled egg for breakfast every day. As I get up at 3.45am everyday for work it's gonna take some willpower

Good to hear brother, how/how long have you been meditating?
Been getting into this in a pretty big way lately, happy to share advice here or on PM

Protein powder ordered, fuck making scrambled egg at 4am. Figure porridge and a shake is a good start to day.
Spent some time studying today, the website I found is really good at keeping me organised.
Went to St Johns Ambulance evening last Tuesday. I need to submit application forms, then can attend the 3 day First Aid training course then I can go out on events helping out. Theatre shows, marathons, parades etc figure that's a great plus for my college application
Also cool to know i'll be much more likely to be able to help people in case of accident/emergency. Fun to meet new people and open up another avenue in life.
Funny that my work colleagues don't know ANYTHING about my future plans, so me volunteering, shadowing, studying maths, going to night school, ambulance etc is all secret. Pretty funny when my colleague asks me what I did last night and I always have to say something boring on the spot haha
Had a date planned w 35 yr old from POF, until she sent me a ridic text this morning about what she got up to at weekend killed her chances.
GF bought us some tickets for Derren Brown next year (UK version of David Blaine), got Netflix and set me up my own account. Benefits of having an awesome primary.

Re: Science Oct - New Years Goals
Actually lost a few pounds. FML. Protein came today so should put me back on track gaining weight.
Also need to start noting down the exact weights i'm lifting so I can monitor progress.
Missed Monday session so made up for it by going Tuesday and Wednesday, then will hit it again Friday.
Had an hour in the library before gym, will do this every wednesday and Friday, works out well w my schedule and I need to knuckle down more.

Re: Science Oct - New Years Goals
Haven't been to gym in 2 weeks. Combo of being at a work training and being sick for a week. Hitting it up again tomorrow, definitely LOST weight, need to re-commit.
Work training was cool. Had to do some public speaking to group, design a 10-15min powerpoint presentation with handouts etc. Did mine on geocaching. Manager told me a couple days ago he heard it was a goodie. Pushed comfort zones for me too personally, and was cool to have a couple of the older women tell me over dinner that I seemed really confident and they thought I was one of the managers.
Had a good interaction going w one of the waitresses, defo felt she was into me. Female colleague came back and said her body language was into me too. They all know I have a gf and I keep my polygamy side of my life separate from work, so didn't pursue.
Have another date on Sunday w the girl I met for coffee with 2 weeks ago, showing my sexual intent and making it clear of my intentions, she seems totally down - 'we can have a sunday FUNDAY. You can get me drunk and take advantage etc etc xx'
Not sure on logistics right now, it's fucking freezing in England and my car is tiny.
Been invited to do a 5 mile off-road run on 21st Dec, chewing it over as it's definitely a new experience for me, but feel life is getting to critical mass and I need to focus on the shit I already have going on without adding more to workload. Quality over quantity.

Re: Science Oct - New Years Goals
88% in last practise paper (seem to be good at getting 88%!), highest in class. Some people as low as in the 30's :/
Sounds good, but remember this is the foundation level course/paper, so still keep needing to push hard to make sure i'm ready for higher tier. Found a cool free app to revise at home/lunch break.
(exam tip: found it useful to find out which exam board your exam is with, as different types focus on key areas. When I first started maths revision in January I bought a generic maths higher tier textbook, only months later I realised the specific one was MUCH better tailored to my exam, and saved me a lot of time preparing. So made sure I downloaded right app and study the specific material online.)
Gym is going well, gf and the guy I take to college have noticed I look a little different. Will measure myself in a couple weeks to see how i'm growing. Having a protein shake every morning w bfast and after workout is helping, I take dry powder with me to gym so I re-fuel quickly. Then head home for dinner, by which time i'm usually hungry again. But diet definitely could be better. I think i'm riding the initial wave of working out where gains are relatively quick and easy.
Ended up turning down the 5 mile off road event. Glad i did, need to focus on stuff I already have going on.
Headed to London this weekend with my gf and our mums to see Billy Elliott/hotel/dinner etc, should be fun
