About to hit up some bars for thirsty thursday. The local college is about to start up so it should be nice to see some new faces.

If you guys were to give me a challenge for tonight, what would it be?

Hey Lags, good question. Seeing as how you're pretty advanced... I would challenge you to go for kiss close tonight. If that is too easy for you, I'd say SNL. And if that is too easy, I'd challenge you to go for threeway makeout.

;)
Thanks Ice last Thursday I tried the 3way for shits and giggles.. my target didn't want any of it but it didn't stop us from making out. I'll post a fr/lr once she gets back from vacation and we have our D2. I'll go for at least the kiss close and on top of that taking a pic at the same time.

It really helps when you have a wing who is owning the camera and setting it up for the kiss close. You'd be amazed what girls will do in front of a camera and someone is telling them to do stuff - they love it!

ANDDDD - I don't think you could have a better wing than Cinema for this challenge!!!!

Poke fun at girls for the things they say, the things they do. Say stuff that they aren't expecting a nice guy to say, but since you're an alpha guy, you say them anyway. It's hard to explain, but the more in-field you are, the better you'll understand it

Ice wrote:That's a pretty long opener when starting out. What is the response you are getting when you run it? Are you getting the 'why are you asking me that." look? Is she twirling her hair and smiling? Is she showing closed or open body language? Are you speaking too fast? Are you taking a breath and pausing when you speak?
From the sets I've run the routine on usually 2/3 are interested in the story, laughing/smiling, and one who is occupied with either a phone/ordering a drink etc. I'm taking a breath and pausing when I speak.

Ice wrote: And, if it's just interview method, I'm sensing some nerves and not being calm in running the routine. Instead, run it like you're telling a story, and it's something that's interesting to you, AND you're CURIOUS about what SHE has to say about it
This was a second question, I was just reflecting on how I opened a girl at the doctor's office with
"Are you a dance major"
"Yes"
"What year are you"
"Freshman"
etc. small talk but not really getting anywhere.

When you run this routine with a set, can just cut and go - once done routine, just ask 'So. how do you guys know each other'. As long as you be normal when you ask it, most people will tell you. If not, then don't worry about it - they don't know you, and they're fucking TWATBURGERS.

Note your behaviour/actions/expressions and improve for next set.

Cool?
Cool, thanks.

Hey lads,

I need some inspirartion for tonight. I feel like the last two weeks I have been in a bit of a rut, but today im feeling good and full of energy...

couple of questions,

do you think it would be better to go out solo tonight, or with some mates? (they arent into any of this stuff and just want to get drunk)

and I feel like sometimes I am just standing still and not moving forward, i'm guessing this is normal and I just need to keep on going. did you guys have this problem as well when you first started out? if you did what did you do to push through it?

cheers K

When I tease, I first check my intention - I never want to negatively neg them. I want to tease as a fun joke. Most guys use negs and actualyl insult the girl. Not.what.you.want.

When I started out, I liked using lines.

some of these are from bay

-Stop talking. I only like you from the neck down. ;)
-Damn. Prison changed you.
-That's why you're taking the mother fucking bus!!!
-Yea, I just checked out your ass. ... ;)
-You'd be amazed what I can do. ;)
-Stop checking my ass out!
-This costs money!!! *points to self

After you get the hang out of it, you will be able to tease her on what stands out for you

Here you can go into a story that DHV's you, and a story that you find interesting or find funny. If she laughs, IOI, keep the itneraction going.

If you can't think of a story, can take toastmasters and get that fired up. Also, like Bay recommends - taking improv classes. I took these and did a lot for me - a lot of games you can play that fire up your brain for this.

Also, instead of "are you a dance major", cold read and say 'you look like a dance major...' then can check her out and say that you're going by her body type. Fat girls don't usually dance. ;) also can go further and say what you think she is. Now were you one of those ballet girls since they were three and wanted to go to juilliard? Those girls are fun but it never works out. ;)

Great questions! Always a pleasure answering them :)

Definitely solo. Guys who aren't into this have a way of cockblocking you, messing you up (often by wanting in on your action), DLVing you (they think it's funny to tease you rather than building you up, but it just makes both of you look bad), and if they're wanting to drink, then it's pressure on you to drink instead of game.

Don't get me wrong, having drink nights with the guys are fine, but if tonight's goal is to go out, work on your social skills, hit on girls, and maybe get laid, then go solo

and I feel like sometimes I am just standing still and not moving forward, i'm guessing this is normal and I just need to keep on going. did you guys have this problem as well when you first started out? if you did what did you do to push through it?
Everybody hits a plateau as they do this. At this point they give up and say that this isn't working for them. But the ones who become GREAT at this have the same attitude as you: you recognise that this is simply a phase, and your next breakthrough is right on the horizon.

Keep going, and think about how far you've come! Now think about how far ahead you'll be in another six months--but only if you keep going at it and not give up :)

Monty, (Calling you this for short)

I have been where you are when I first started as well. If you have friends that always want to get drunk, then it might be time to reconsider choosing your social circle.

Jim Rohn said " you are the average of the five people you associate yourself with"

So, being here in the forum is a great place to get started and meet new people! There are websites called meetup.com which have tons of cool people to meet.

If you are feeling great, then use that energy to go out and meet some new people, you will be surprised about how easy it is to talk to new people especially when you have a kick ass vibe going.

That is my two cents...Hope it helps!
