Not sure if anyone here is into David DeAngelo's stuff at all but I really like it. I was listening to one of his interviews from his Dating Guru series the other day and he mentions about flirting and doing cocky funny with a sales woman at a high end menswear store. When she went to ring his purchase in he said to her "Just go ahead and tack on your employee discount.". He said she did and saved him twenty five bucks. Funny stuff.

3. I'll try to figure out an opener for you guys that arent in college, and want to be truthful. Right now, I dont have one.

In a bar or restaurant, if you introduce yourself to the manager as the person at your company who "arranges happy hours and other social functions," and hand over a business card, you will usually end up with at least a free round of drinks without asking. I've seen a guy I work with pull it off several times.

I made 36 dollars for my date tomorrow ( I don't plan on spending anywhere near that much)

So I walked into today with no money at all, zero.

I took a large Burger King cup and made a sign that said "The Donate Date" and went around telling people this:

"Hey guys, we have a guy on our show that recently lost his job but he had a HOT date lined up for this weekend. We figured he needed a pick-me-up so we're askin for donations to Make it happen."

I have never seen so many people want to help someone out. Nobody knew it was me, but I told the truth to everyone. Nobody asked who it was or anything like that, and a lot of people wanted to talk to me longer. One guy even gave me a $5.

Later, my co-host tried to help out as much as he could, but I had an awesome vibe going and I really didn't care about what other people thought. Most people thought it was awesome though, and a lot of hotties gave me the "Awwwww! Your such a good friend!" speech. Beautiful.

So today, I dressed how I wanted. I did what I wanted, and I walked away more than prepared for tomorrow.

I went to bed last night wondering how I was going to pull this off, I've done things like this before, but actually experiencing this boosts my confidence levels to new heights for tomorrow. If I can convince people from my school to pay for my date (which I did) then the sky is really the limit.

Well I guess that answers that question. I think I'll backwards engineer that and make it work for my Radio station status. Great call, Smooth.
